רבים מכם מדווחים בימים האחרונים על בעיה חדשה במשלוחים מאמזון.
כידוע, בקנייה מתחת ל75$, אנו פטורים ממס, אולם החל מהשבוע לפתע מוצרים רבים כוללים פיקדון מיסים (Import fees deposit) בסך כ17%, הגם כאשר מדובר בעט בדולר.
גם אותם הפריטים שהזמנתי רק לפני יומיים ללא מס, כעת נדרשים למס. עדיין זולים בהרבה מבארץ…אבל למה כעת נדרש למסים מתחת ל75$?
האם אמזון פתחו מחסן בישראל וכעת מחוייבים לשלם מס החל מהשקל/סנט הראשון?
האם מדובר בשינוי מדיניות גורף ששם סוף לחגיגה? נגמרה התחרות הטובה ביותר למחירים המוגזמים בארץ?
לא. בדומה לבאג הקיים והותיק המוכר לרובינו, שבו הוספה של פריט קטן, מתקנת ומפחיתה לרוב את חישוב המיסים בקופה, הפתרון זהה גם הפעם. מוסיפים פריט נוסף והופ – חישוב הפיקדון שוב מתאפס ואין צורך לשלם מסים כלל. על כן ניתן להניח שלא מדובר כאן בשינוי מדיניות גורף או שאמזון ביצעה עלייה לישראל ופתחה כאן מחסנים מבלי ששמנו לב, אלא בתקלה באלגוריתם. כאשר מתעסקים עם מיליוני מוצרים, מאות מדינות ותקנות מס שונות בכל מדינה…קורה שיש גם פספוסים. שוחחתי עם מספר נציגים על העניין ודיווחתי על התקלה בכל הערוצים בתקווה שתטופל במהרה.
נזכיר שבכל מקרה, באמזון כמו באמזון, אם נגבו בפועל פחות מיסים מהפקדון המשוער אותו שילמתם – תקבלו החזר אוטומטי לכרטיס האשראי ממנו רכשתם תוך 60 יום, כך שאתם יכולים להמשיך לקנות כרגיל ולקבל החזר על החיוב השגוי בהמשך.
אני ממליץ לכם, פשוט להוסיף פריט נוסף ולחסוך את המיסים כבר עכשיו. עדיף להוסיף משהו קטן וזול (קטן כדי שלא יעלה את עלויות המשלוח וזול כדי שנוכל לקנות מתחת ל75$) במקום לחכות חודש-חודשיים להחזר (ובשער מטבע אחר).
שימו לב כי למוצרים עם משלוח חינם – יש לבחור במוצר קטן הנשלח גם הוא עם משלוח חינם, לדוגמא קיסמי שיניים ב99 סנט.
למוצרים עם משלוח רגיל בתשלום – בחרו גם במוצר ללא משלוח חינם, לדוג' מברשת איפור.
